Ciaran Kennedy – Founder and Technical Director, Critical Data Services

Ciaran-Kennedy-Image_1Critical Data Services was founded in May 2003, and is the leading supplier of in-house data recovery services in Ireland. CDS also provide computer forensic and secure data destruction services.

In May 2003, Ciarán started feasibility analysis on a new business CRITICAL DATA RECOVERY, to offer recovery of lost and corrupt data from digital storage media for a wide range of customers. Ciarán has also completed advanced forensic training in the UK using ‘Encase’, which is the most advanced forensics software tool currently available.

 

Lisa Whelan – Director, Dog Training Ireland

Lisa-Whelan-Image_1Founded by Lisa Whelan and Tara Choules in 2004, Dog Training Ireland has trained almost 5000 dogs in Ireland.  DTI runs courses and workshops in Puppy Socialisation, Pet Dog Obedience, Behaviour modification and Aggression, Agility and Gundog.

In Jan 2009 DTI opened the first doggie daycare in Ireland and in March 2010 DTI launched its “People Training” aspect to the business running the first “Train the dog trainer” course in the country.  DTI also offers professional handling courses and canine first aid courses to professionals including county council dog wardens, groomers and dog walkers. Lisa is one of only three qualified behavourists in Dublin and is approved by Allianz pet insurance for claims on behaviour work.

John Aherne – Founder and Owner, Golfgraffix

John Aherne Image_1John Aherne is the founder and owner of Golfgraffix, an Irish company specialising in 3D golf course visualisation. Golfgraffix is unique amongst its competitors as they are the only visualisation company that offer its customers the ability to play their course or design as a PC based simulation.

Since its launch Golfgraffix has worked on over 30 golf courses on 4 continents. With the help of Fingal County Enterprise Board Golfgraffix launched in the US at the PGA Show and has just secured a $1.25 million 5 year contract with PLS an Arizona based Golf GPS company, the contract will see Golfgraffix map and create 3d models for 240 courses worldwide.

John has a 15 year background is in Sales and Marketing and has worked in sales management roles for multinationals based here in Ireland.
