With millions of buyers worldwide (over 276 million registered users globally), eBay offers a fast, easy and cost effective way to increase your sales and reach new customers. EBay Ireland recently announced 850,000 registered users in Ireland, according to the CSO this accounts for 58% of all Internet users. (CSO 2008)
For a growing number of Irish entrepreneurs, eBay is their sole shop-front. The beauty of eBay is that it lets you get into e-commerce without having to go through the trouble and expense of setting up an e-commerce site of your own.
So whether you want to sell part time for a secondary income or if you are looking to expand your core business to an established global market, businesses of all kinds have developed an effective and profitable sales channel via eBay.
This 2-day session will equip participants with sufficient knowledge to set up an online eBay Shop, start using advanced seller tools (such as TurboLister), develop a marketing strategy and begin selling internationally. Learn how to manage your eBay Shop and maximise your sales going forward.
