This workshop is suitable for anyone who:

• Would like to come up with a new business idea but is unsure what the elements of a good business idea are and how to find one
• Have one or more business ideas but are unsure how to take them to the next stage
• Would like to set-up a new business and would like to work on your business idea more before launching it.  

Objectives:

On completion participants should: 

• Have a greater understanding of when an idea means business 
• Understand what makes a winning business idea
• Look at sources of new business ideas
• Different business models and running the numbers
• Be introduced to the characteristics and traits of the entrepreneur and have a chance to look at their own strengths and weaknesses 
• Be aware of the personal commitment required in running their own business
• Get direction on where to go with their business idea – what steps to take
• Be introduced to loads of new business ideas and gain the motivation to create, create and create!!
