News3 Day Sales Programme

Consultative Sales Programme commences 12th May, will run for 3 consecutive Tuesdays and is FETAC Level 6 Accredited.
Given the current economic climate many of you owning small businesses are finding it difficult to maintain profit margins, keep overheads low and most importantly, grow your sales figures. As it is the start of a new year, to assist you in this regard, we have teamed up with FAS to offer you a heavily subsidised short practical training programme focusing on the Skill of Sales.

This training programme is an excellent investment in the future growth of your business. It will be delivered over 3 full days commencing May 12th and continuing on the 19th and 26th here in the Fingal Business Training Centre in Swords.
Modules:
* Day 1 : Opening the Sales Call and Customer Requirements
* Day 2: Customer Behaviour and Presenting Benefits
* Day 3: Handling Objections and Closing the Sales Call.
- The programme is being delivered by Phil Kildea of Quality Education Development (www.QEDinternational.ie), a training company with years of experience of training owner/managers of small businesses. Phil is an excellent trainer with high energy combined with the ability to impart practical skills that can be used once you leave the training room.

Unfortunately we have limited space on this programme (15 in total) and so places will be offered on a first come, first served basis. The programme fee is subsidised by FAS and is €270 per participant (without FAS funding the actual programme cost is €900 per participant).

This programme WILL save you time and is well worth getting involved with.
- It will be both challenging and highly interactive with participants being encouraged to fully participate and share their personal experiences. A number of role plays will be used to allow participants act out real sales presentations. The programme is accredited by FETAC (Level 6) and participants' consultative selling skills will be assessed at the end of the programme during the evening workshops by the trainer.

The programme will assist you to set realistic sales call objectives; acquire the ability to open a sales call effectively; develop an awareness of how to analyse consumer behaviour; acquire the skills to identify and present benefits of a solution that address the personal and business needs of each consumer; understand how to uncover and deal with customer objectives; and appreciate the need for sales call closing strategies.
